Our seasoned olive oils are 100% olive oil. We do not blend with canola oil, or any other oil. (Exception: Asian Stir Fry and Grilling Oil is a rice bran oil/olive oil blend. This unique blend gives the cook more options for high temperature cooking, such as stir frying.) Our oils are ready to use, no measuring, no mixing. They provide "instant gratification"! They are ideal for seasoning foods, marinades, salad dressings, dipping, etc. Our olive oils are available in two different categories. The largest category is the oils for Seasoning and Dipping. These products are 100% extra virgin olive oil. (The bottles have colored caps, each color representing a different variety.) The other category is olive oils for cooking. These oils can get to a slightly higher temperature, and they are seasoned differently, as they are meant to enhance the natural flavors of your food while cooking. (The bottles of oils in this category all have white caps.)
Our olive oils come from Italy, Spain, Greece, and Lebanon. The seasoned variety determines which country of origin is used. For example, the Italia Classico, a classic Italian seasoned oil, uses Italian olive oil. Athena, a Greek seasoned olive oil, uses olive oil from Greece. Zahtar, a Lebanese seasoned olive oil, uses olive oil from Lebanon. Unseasoned, extra virgin olive oil, is also available from The Olive and The Grape.

Our grapeseed oils are gourmet oils ideal for high temperature cooking, such as pan frying, stir frying, and fondue. They are 100% greepseed oil, origin: France.

Our line of pasta products offer the customer many options. We carry, "Made in USA" pasta, imported pasta, fresh pasta, whole wheat pasta, wheat-free/gluten-free pasta and low carb pasta. Our pasta comes as "traditional" and "flavored" (all natural, of course); long cuts and short cuts.

Our line of seasonings has something to offer every cook. Whether you cook to feed your family, or has a hobby, or as a profession, you will love our seasoning blends. We have a line of Euro-Med seasonings that represent several European countries and the majority of the Mediterrean countries. We also have a line of seasonings for meat/pork/poultry preparation. Most of those seasonings work very well in vegetarian dishes also. Our last segment of our seaonings is a wonderful line of salts and peppers. All of our seasonings are natural; we do not use MSG or preservatives. We only use glass jars, with quality lids. Our labels are easy to read, and you can pronounce all of the ingredients!
